Sessions of the Holistic Fertility® method take place in Lagonisi, in a private, independent space within a five-stremma property surrounded by nature, with a garden, trees, an olive grove and views towards the sea.
This choice is intentional. I wanted the sessions to take place away from the noise, traffic and fast pace of central Athens — in an environment where, even before the session begins, you can change your surroundings, slow down and leave everyday demands behind for a while.
You are not simply coming to an appointment
A session of the Holistic Fertility® method does not need to become another obligation squeezed between work, traffic and the next appointment. It can be a small break from everyday life: a few hours genuinely set aside for yourself, on your own or with your partner.
If you wish, you can combine your session with coffee or a meal by the sea, a walk along the Athens Riviera, a swim during the summer months, or even a drive to Cape Sounion.
Closer than it may seem
Lagonisi is easily accessible by road, and arriving at the space does not involve the search for parking that often comes with an appointment in central Athens. Actual travel time will, of course, depend on where you are travelling from and on traffic conditions.
At the end of the journey, the noise of the city is not waiting for you. Nature is.
At a time that fits your life
I know that, for a working woman, finding the time needed during a weekday is not always easy. That is why sessions can take place both on weekdays and at weekends, so that scheduling can be adapted as closely as possible to your professional and personal commitments.
The space in Lagonisi is not simply where the session takes place. It is part of the experience.
