For me, “holistic” does not simply mean using different techniques. It means never approaching a woman as a collection of separate parts.
At every stage of Holistic Fertility®, I always keep in mind three interconnected dimensions of the human being: Body, Mind and Emotion.
- The Body — our physical and biological dimension.
- The Mind — our thoughts, creative imagination, beliefs and the mental images through which we perceive ourselves and our future.
- Emotion — our inner world: our fears, expectations, disappointments, desires and everything we feel throughout this journey.
These three dimensions do not function independently. They interact continuously and represent different expressions of the same person. That is why my approach never focuses exclusively on just one of them.
Four Techniques — One Integrated Framework
The Holistic Fertility® method is based on the combination of four complementary techniques: Electroacupuncture, Reflexology, Therapeutic Imagery (Healing Visualization) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) / Tapping.
Through these techniques, we work across all three dimensions in an integrated way:
- Body — Reflexology and Electroacupuncture
- Mind — Therapeutic Imagery and creative imagination
- Emotion — EFT Tapping
Each technique has its own role and is applied in a targeted way according to each woman's needs and where she is on her individual fertility journey.
Electroacupuncture and Reflexology focus primarily on physical and functional support. Therapeutic Imagery forms the mental and creative component of the method, drawing on mental imagery and creative imagination. EFT Tapping focuses on the emotional world, helping a woman work with the tension, fears and emotions that may accompany the effort to conceive.
The Essence Lies in the Combination
The four techniques are not applied as four separate practices. They are combined within one integrated, individualized framework, so that support addresses the woman as a whole rather than only one aspect of her.
Because Body, Mind and Emotion are not three separate journeys. They are three dimensions of the same woman.
I do not see a body trying to become pregnant. I see a whole woman going through one of the most important journeys of her life.
